Yepii Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning across Darwin, Palmerston and nearby suburbs. By booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

• Bookings can be made by phone, email or through our website.
• Please provide accurate details about your property and cleaning needs.
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staff availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

• All prices are quoted clearly during booking.
• Payment is required on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept cash, bank transfer or invoice payments.
• Extra charges may apply for additional services or heavily soiled areas not discussed during booking.

• The client must provide safe and easy access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If our cleaners cannot access the property, a call out fee may apply.
• Pets should be safely secured during the cleaning for the safety of both staff and animals.

• We take pride in delivering thorough, high quality cleaning every time.
• If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
• Refunds or re cleans are handled individually after assessment.

• Yepii Cleaning Services is insured and handles all property with care.
• We are not responsible for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear or items that are already loose or fragile.
• We are not liable for accidents caused by unsafe property conditions or faulty equipment provided by the client.

• Our team follows safe cleaning practices and uses professional products.
• Please inform us before your appointment if anyone in your home is unwell or if there are allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.

• All client information is kept private and confidential.
• Your contact details are used only for scheduling, communication and payments related to cleaning services.

• Yepii Cleaning Services may update these terms as needed.
• Any changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately once published.
