Yepii Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Darwin, Palmerston, and surrounding suburbs. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and requested cleaning services.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Yepii Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, staff availability, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are clearly quoted at the time of booking.
- Payment is required on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and invoice payments.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services, excessive dirt, or conditions not disclosed during booking.
- Unpaid invoices may incur interest calculated from the due date until full payment is received.
- Any invoice outstanding for more than 10 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, and the client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection or recovery costs incurred.
4. Access to Property
- Clients must ensure safe, clear, and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- If our team is unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
- Pets must be secured for the safety of both our staff and animals.
5. Quality of Service
- Yepii Cleaning Services is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- Any refunds or re-cleans are assessed on a case-by-case basis and provided at our discretion after review.
6. Liability
- Yepii Cleaning Services is fully insured and takes reasonable care while performing services.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are already loose, fragile, or defective.
- We are not liable for damage or injury caused by unsafe property conditions, faulty equipment supplied by the client, or restricted access.
7. Health and Safety
- Our team follows professional cleaning and workplace safety standards.
- Clients must advise us prior to service if anyone on the premises is unwell, or if there are known allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- All client information is kept private and confidential.
- Personal details are used solely for booking management, communication, invoicing, and service delivery purposes.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Yepii Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
